If your bot is not loading, or not giving valid responses, please double-check the following items:
- Was a (correct) Google Sheet link entered in the training data section?
- Is the sheet valid? (No changed structure or renamed tabs?)
- Is the sheet public?
- Did you train the bot? (Bottom part in training section)?
Things to keep in mind:
- From time to time, your bot may not respond, this is due to server overload. Please try again.
- Sometimes (in testing area) it may take up to 20 seconds for your bot to load.
